Fly To Me Owl
A real owl flies in and lands on your leather glove, guided by an animal keeper from the first step to the last.
Animal Knitting
Learn to knit with real wool from our alpacas alongside a guide, then take home the small piece you made yourself.
Animal Feeding
Hand-feed the spotted deer, the alpacas and the merino sheep. Milk bottles and carrots are ready — just turn up and try.
Animal Coloring
While waiting for a turn, children colour in their favourite animal at the craft table — crayons and sheets are free.
School visit experience
Weekday mornings usually belong to school groups. The route runs one room at a time and ends with somewhere to sit, so the class can rest before heading home.
Playful bites for happy tummies
An animal-themed menu that has passed the toughest taste test there is, made with fresh ingredients and a careful eye on sugar.

Anything else, ask at the counter — there is always a keeper nearby.
Is it safe for young children?
Every animal on the floor is used to being handled gently, and a keeper stays nearby at every station. Kids under six should have a grown-up within arm’s reach, the same as any hands-on encounter.
Can we bring a stroller?
Yes. The floor is flat and wide enough for a stroller to move between every station, and there is a spot near the entrance to park it while you walk around.
Do I need to book ahead?
Walk-ins are welcome any day we are open. Weekend afternoons get busy, so booking a slot online saves you a wait at the door.
Can we feed the animals ourselves?
Yes — feed cups are sold at the counter, and a keeper shows you how to hold your hand flat before your first feeding.
What if my child has an animal allergy?
Let the keeper at the entrance know and they will point you toward the animals that are fine to be near, and which corners to skip.
Do you take school groups or birthday parties?
Both. School visits get a guided walkthrough sized to the class, and birthday bookings include a private area — ask at the counter or email ahead for either.
Come and visit our wild jungle cafe
We sit in the middle of the family entertainment district. Parking is available, and every part of the floor is reachable with a stroller.
